Who is Tactical Cowboy for?
Ranchers, farmers, hunters, law enforcement, military, and the people who carry every day and need gear that doesn't fail when it matters. If you start early and finish late, this site is built for you.
Where do you ship from?
Loveland, Colorado. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days via UPS or USPS depending on size and weight.
Do you ship knives to my state?
We ship knives to every state where it's legal to do so. A handful of states (notably some cities in California, Massachusetts, and a few others) restrict certain blade types or lengths. If something in your order can't legally ship to your address, we'll contact you before processing and either swap it out or refund that line. We don't sit on your money.
Are your knives and gear authentic?
Yes. Every product on this site is sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. No grey-market imports, no factory seconds sold as new, no knockoffs.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery for unused product in original packaging. Knives must be in unused, unsharpened condition. Sunglasses must be in original case with all paperwork. We'll cover return shipping if we made the mistake; you cover it if you changed your mind. See the Shipping & Returns page for details.
Do you offer law enforcement, military, or first responder discounts?
Yes — we honor verified LE, military (active and veteran), EMS, and fire department discounts through ID.me. Sign up for our email list and we'll send you the code once verification is complete.
Do you carry firearms?
No. We carry knives, sunglasses, optics, tactical gear, holsters, leather, hats, and field gear — but we do not sell firearms, ammunition, or NFA items. We're focused on the everyday gear that supports the work, not the firearm itself.
Can I return a product I've already used?
Generally no — once a knife has been sharpened, sunglasses have been worn, or a holster has been broken in, we can't accept the return. The exception is a manufacturer defect, which we'll work with you and the brand to resolve at no cost to you.
Do you offer bulk or department pricing?
Yes. If you're outfitting a ranch crew, an LE department, a hunting party, or a corporate gifting program of 10+ units, email hello@tacticalcowboy.com and we'll work up a quote.
How do I know which knife/holster/pair of sunglasses is right for me?
Email us — seriously. hello@tacticalcowboy.com. We answer every email personally and we'd rather steer you to the right product than sell you the wrong one and lose you as a customer. Tell us what you're using it for and we'll point you in the right direction.
